Quality Corporate Awards

- Turn around times depend on the product coming from the manufacturer, in most cases, it is a 2-3 day ship from the manufacturer and a 2-3 day turnaround before shipping from Quality Corporate Awards

- When proofs are provided by Quality Corporate Awards, it is up to the customer to catch all mistakes or errors and send back for corrections.  Any proofs approved that later have mistakes will be charged again to the customer.

- If proofs are not provided, the staff at Quality Corporate Awards have the right to layout, design, and execution of the award.

- If errors are on part of Quality Corporate Awards, that particular item is fully replaced at no charge to the customer for the item or shipping.

- Items can be removed from orders unless engraved, once engraved, the item is considered sold to the customer and requires payment.  That product is inable to be returned to inventory.

- Quality Corporate Awards has the right to hold any order in which payment cannot be made, the credit card is not accepted, or proper billing information is no provided.

- When placing an order with Quality Corporate Awards, you accept the Terms & Conditions as set above.
